I join the rest of the world to celebrate every woman on this special day. All women, being a daughter, sister, wife or mother should be treated with care, love and respect. In fact, after God; women is the next on the list of what I cannot live without. Growing among four ladies expose me more to the nature of women, the elements they are made of and what they are capable of doing. Personally, women around me have contributed and still contributing positively to whom I am as I journey to stardom. I can boldly say that women are encouragers, influencer, lover, caregiver, motivator, inspirer and provider. With the aforementioned virtues, women don’t need gender equality activism to show or proof their worth to the world. All they need to do is to spring into action and tap into their potentials, the result will speak volume and earn our women better results. 2017 INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY: Women Building Peace This is a very good theme for this year International women’s day, of a truth we  c an only giver what we have. Henc e the women are up to the task of building pea c e in our world today be cause they do consider the consequences of their statement actions before reacting to issues, unlike we the men. However, I am not dwelling much on the theme directly, but to angrily speak against one of the things that could hinder any woman not to measure up to the task of building peace. When someone is robbed of his/her belonging there is no how others can benefit from such parted possessions, and this is why many women could not build peace because their peace has been charted STOP THE ABUSE, BLAME YOUR GENE: How can you be educated yet remain uninformed, cruel, and primitive with a parochial purview? Why on earth should a man beat up his wife because she gave birth to another female child? OH! Because she carries the pregnancy so
